Okay, so holiday season - busy, right? Exhausting.... draining... overwhelming... and now it is time to detox, and actually I'm not even talking about the food! I am talking about focusing on balance. I am finding balance between working, finances, coaching, motherhood, being a wife, a daughter, a friend, and on and on - and it can be challenging. I am in no means an expert but this year, starting now I am working on balancing - excuses are stopping at the door and like momma always said, "where there is a will, there is a WAY!"
I am looking for 10 motivated mommas who are looking to balance their lives, while making time for themselves to get healthy this year. 2016 for me, isn't about fitting into an outfit, or getting bikini ready ((that was 2015)) - this year, it is about becoming the healthiest version of myself! And I want you to join me...
