Hands down - my favorite summer dish! Fresh from the garden, grilled chicken, filling and simple!
What you need:
- 1 Red of leftover grilled chicken cut into strips
- 1 Yellow of whole wheat angel hair pasta
- 1 Green of veggies (I use frozen broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms)
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves, sliced
- 2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 blue of freshly grated parm cheese
Enjoy - for my 21 Day Fixers this will cost you 1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green and 1/2 blue!
