Few reasons - top 2 - I was sneaking one too many cheats and I needed a restart... and secondly, I am not sure if it is because of my cheats (probably the reason) but my weight loss has plateaued... I also love a good challenge!
So like with anything, to be successful you must plan it out! I had a few challengers doing the Refresh with me so it was fun to share our plans with each other!
