Free Clean Eating 101


Looking for a great way to restart after Easter? We probably all are to some extent! And I have the answer for you - a Free 7 Day Clean Eating Group! My favorite part of my transformation is how I went from eating Hamburger Helper to nourishing my body with real, whole healthy foods!

So why am I so passionate about clean eating? Umm, well you only have one body and you should fuel it and treat it like that! And I also realize it is the hardest part - working out for 30 minutes a day is easy, anyone can give up 2% of their day to workout - but the other 23.5 hours of having to control what is on your plate and what goes into your body, now that is the hard part... A lot of people think this is complicated, expensive and takes a lot of time - WRONG-O!!!

Salted Caramel Frap

No secrets - I am not a coffee person, not even a little bit... so what did I do? Outsource! Yep, I pretty much gave samples away, in return for my challengers favorite Café Latte recipes! Come on, you know you want that job? (and seriously, if you do - let me know! I have more samples and I need more recipes!) So this one was an overwhelming favorite! And I can see why :) Enjoy! Spring Bingo Printables

I could not find Spring Printable Bingo Cards for Aubrey's upcoming Spring party at Kindergarten... There were small ones, Christian ones, Easter ones, and ugly ones - but nothing that was ideal for her party ((at least in my opinion)) I don't feel like racing around to stores trying to find it, so I did what any crafty momma would do and make it myself - then I thought I must not be the only one having issues trying to find bingo cards for a public school spring party, so I am sharing the love :) I made 6 different cards and the cut outs for the caller! I hope this helps you and YAY for Spring!

I'll Walk Through Hell with You

When I told you 2015 was a rough year, or better yet let's call it a "year of learning" - I wasn't kidding... I learned a lot of lessons - personally and professionally... One of the hardest lessons of 2015 was found in my marriage...


There was nothing major that happened - just life... 2 babies, multiple moves, new jobs, opposite

I worked weekends for a 4 years and Dan worked long hours during the week... I was content at home, while Dan had multiple hobbies... We grew comfortable, okay and maybe a little lazy after 15 years together - In such a busy world, it was an easy spiral - one that we didn't even realize.


Until we woke up one morning in 2015 and realized how far apart we had grown, it felt like we had 2 separate lives... and we pretty much did, we were burnt out - we put everything else before our marriage - we were both equally guilty...  Marriage takes work - it isn't 50/50 it is 100/100...


But where is the reset button? If you have little ones, you know you don't get two words in at the dinner table and by the end of the day it isn't uncommon that we both fall asleep on the couch by 10pm... Then there was a little light - I got off the wait list for an all expenses paid cruise with Beachbody.


I battled with the thought of leaving the girls - and after much convincing for friends and family - I realized this is exactly what we needed... I needed to realize that the girls would be much happier being spoiled by my parents at home...


So my lesson learned - you can't stop dating your husband and the best gift I can give my girls is the example of a loving and happy marriage... Dan and I both feel so blessed for this opportunity, and blessed for my family for pitching in while we are gone... If it wasn't for coaching, we would have never made this happen - we never would have been able to afford going on one of the most luxurious cruise ships... It's been 9 years since our honeymoon, and here is to our second honeymoon - a vacation I think we will cherish more than the first...

Very Berry Strawberry Shakeology

Aubrey doesn't appreciate the peanut butter banana combo that Kate and I enjoy - so every now and then we switch it up for Aubrey - This is her recipe and she named it!

What you need:

  • 1 serving of Strawberry Shakeology
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 purple of frozen berries (Aubrey picked strawberries and a few blueberries)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 8 ice cubes

What you need to do:

  1. Blend the above until smooth
  2. Garnish with a strawberry!
  3. Enjoy!

Philly Steak Stuffed Peppers

Bonus - 21 Day Fix approved! Awesome addition to my meal plan as I decrease my carb intake!

What you need:

  • 1 pound chipped steak
  • 1 medium onion, sliced into long strips
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 green peppers

What you need to do:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Heat 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil into a large pan on medium heat
  3. Add onions and peppers.
  4. Season with pepper and garlic powder
  5. Add Steak, cook until no longer pink
  6. Cut peppers length wise and remove ribs and seeds
  7. Place on baking dish, add a small layer of mozzarella cheese to the inside bottom of the pepper.
  8. Top with steak and onion mixture
  9. Top with remaining cheese.
  10. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, until cheese melts
  11. Enjoy!

Mini Buffalo Chicken Dip Bowls

You know I love my Buffalo Chicken Dip - and I was experimenting a way to make it a fun snack. Not only is this great and portable for a party - it is a great clean eating snack to grab in go!

What you need:


What you need to do:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Cut shells into circles (I used a can, pushed firmly and twisted)
  3. Place cut shells and place them into ungreased mini muffin pan
  4. Spoon in buffalo chicken dip (warm or cold, makes no difference)
  5. Sprinkle on cheddar (optional)
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes
  7. Allow to cool
  8. And Serve!
I love topping mine with green onion or chives! I hope you enjoy this as much as I do!
