It's picnic time! And I hate going anywhere empty handed! This is a great protein packed dessert to keep you on point with your goals, while getting you a little chocolate fix! I love pudding pies, but now I can have a guilt free and superfood version!
What you need:
- 1 whole wheat graham cracker pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups low fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops chocolate Shakeology
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
What you need to do:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl (well not the crust, silly!). Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are blended well.
- Put the mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours before serving.
