All the blood, sweat and tears were all worth it! 6.4 pounds in 21 days is pretty incredible, especially for someone who has been clean eating and working out for several months! It wasn't easy, the eggs especially! But with each passing day it got easier and easier! I actually plan on carrying this meal plan into my next program! So where did I lose the inches?
- 1/4 inch off each arm
- 1 inch off my waist
- 1.5 inches off my abdomen
- 1.5 inches off my hips
- 1.2 inch off each thigh
